Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These terms apply to the use of designbyqayum.com and to services provided by Design by Qayum (Mohammad Qayum), Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Services

We provide website design and development, SEO, graphic design and digital marketing services. The scope, price, timeline and payment schedule for each project are agreed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before work begins. Package descriptions and prices on this website are a starting point; the written agreement for your project takes priority.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Payment is made by bank transfer (IBAN), STC Bank or barq.

• One-time projects (websites, SEO setup, design): 50% advance payment is required before work starts. The remaining 50% is paid on completion, before final files or website access are handed over.
• Monthly services (SEO and digital marketing): paid in advance at the start of each month, with the minimum commitment stated in the package.

No refunds

All payments, including the 50% advance, are non-refundable once work has started, because time and resources are reserved for your project from day one. If you need to pause or change a project, contact us and we will agree the next steps in writing.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing content, images, logins and feedback on time, and for making sure you have the right to use any material you send us. Delays in feedback or content may extend the timeline.

Revisions

Each package includes the number of revisions stated in its description. Extra changes outside the agreed scope can be quoted separately.

Third-party costs

Domain names, hosting, premium plugins, stock images and advertising budgets (for example Meta or Google Ads) are not included unless stated, and are paid by the client.

Ownership

After full payment, you own the final website content and final design files delivered for your project. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Results

SEO and advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, such as competition and search engine changes. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.
